Rescue only makes sense when you understand the danger. This session begins with the human problem—not to produce shame, but to make grace breathtakingly clear.

Every solution borrows its meaning from the problem it solves.

A doctor’s treatment only makes sense once the sickness is understood. A firefighter’s rescue only makes sense once the fire is real. Before we can understand what Jesus saves us into, we must understand what He saves us from.
